Natsume and Haruka ... Natsume likes Haruka to the extent that there's sort of a reserved trust there. But Natsume is sort of fucked up. He's bad at completely trusting people, spirits or humans: whether they seem to have a good mutual rapport or not, Natsume is amazingly conscious of the fact that it only takes a moment for someone to decide to fuck him over royally. More importantly, though, Natsume is concerned for Haruka; he is in a way the most human spirit Natsume has ever met, in that he seems to experience a full and complete variety of human emotions as well as spirity ones - proving to him more and more that spirits and people can be similar in their hearts. But Haruka has a "master", who Natsume hasn't met, and it's those contracts that Natsume spends all his time dissolving in canon! So that Haruka is trapped in one of those concerns Natsume. And that's about it. :Db

Esther and Casshern: whenever they converse Esther spends a certain amount of time worrying about Casshern, because he seems to force himself to miss out on a lot of different experiences that he could take up but doesn't. And she likes him: he's simple and sweet and he seems to have a very kind heart. :'( And she'd like to help him.

Setsuna on Casshern: Setsuna understands Casshern's situation but he doesn't sympathise with it, and he won't until Casshern takes action to try to change it himself. Setsuna's forgiving only when people actually try; he has no patience with those who just allow themselves to think that they've failed and don't try to move on or make up for their actions. And yeah, he thinks Casshern is dangerous.
