I am still alive. I've been doing the CJSTC and FDLE Correctional Officer Academy. This week and for the next 18 days is Defensive Tactics. This course is pretty self explanatory, but we were doing some forward shoulder rolls yesterday when I decided it might be a fun challenge to stack the punching bags and try to jump and roll over them.
The visual is a 4 1/2 foot tall stack of blue hand held punch/kick bags with a bunch of us running across the room and leaping over them, rolling on our shoulders and standing like no it was no sweat.
