so two weeks ago i think i weighed in around 143ish....

hit the gym pretty hard, followed an actual program rather than doing whatever whenever, timed everything and made sure form and weight were good, ate as much as i could, although not shitty food, stayed faithful to the Cytogainer protein thing, and i'm experimenting with the ZMA (Zinc magnesium supplement BALCO invented...totally legal!)

two weeks later, I weigh 155
