Yeah, this is about as honest and true as I'll ever say.
I GOTTA FUCKING QUIT SMOKING!!!
Good grief, after 6 or 7 rounds at the batting cages, i could feel my lungs kinda hurting. and it's not weed, haven't smoked weed since new year's, it's menthols/cigarettes. anyways my lungs were hurting i was like "god damn...i'm not even running!"
my buddy Lester noticed some major improvements in my hitting, now i gotta work on hitting shitty pitches coming at 80 mph. although hitting off the batting tee is helping everything from up and away to down and in to up and in and down and away.
i guess knowing laney's probably getting plowed right now doesn't help things. it's part of why i picked up smoking but part of why i'm swinging a bat all the time now. honing my swing and just...take me away from everything ya know? although as gorgeous as she is, jessica's giving me mixed signals again and it's kinda frustrating...although her drawing a dick on my windshield today was pretty funny. she was laughing at me when i got in my car, and i stuck my tongue out at her then i realized there was a dick on my windshield and it looked like i would have licked it. i'd never seen anyone so red from laughter. but then later on a few minutes before she got off i went to her windshield and wrote "I <3" and drew a dick and a smiley face. haha she threw a pizza crust at me as i was walking out, but before that she punched me in the shoulder. not "beat the shit out of you and break you in half!" hit you like laney did, but it got the point across. haha. texted her to see what she was doing tonight, never got a response :(. hopefully tomorrow i'll see her at work again.
stacking two supplements right now. one is the protein shake nitrotech, strawberry flavored that actually tastes pretty shitty. kinda developed the habit of just chugging it. and on top of that i'm taking ZMA, you take it every night before you go to bed. it's a zinc magnesium supplement that BALCO developed. figured why not, the NFL uses it.
really trying to be happy but i guess laney's in the taunting stage right now "look! i found someone and you didn't!" bullshit. really gotta quit smoking. but wtf is attacking me online where i'm 2 hours out?
got a game this coming sunday.
i'm gonna get at least one hit, i can almost guarantee it.
