This is from something I wrote in July 2008, which I am deleting, but I liked this one little blip from it, so..
Perhaps the problem with “plans” is misinterpreting the definition of the word. Plans are not set in stone. They are not blueprints of the future. They are wishes. They are hopes which guide you through the decisions that you‘re not yet aware that you are going to have to make.
