just on the news:
"we have found that most recipients of the disaster relief debit cards after the katrina hurricanes used them in ways inconsistent with disaster relief. For example, many of the charges include those for tattoos, bail bonds, adult entertainment, jewelry, and traffic tickets incurred before the hurricanes."
i feel so great about busting my ass and giving 25% to the government so people can get a new tattoo or bail their mom out of jail. it seems that for a lot of people down there, that whole $2000 dollars was like a winning lottery ticket. you should feel great about it too!
