You KNOW Jim would insist on doing one one those choreographed wedding dances. Jim gives Bones the choice between "Thriller" and that Dirty Dancing song "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" and since the Dirty Dancing one has a lift, Bones goes with "Thriller." Jim is surprisingly intense about perfecting his footwork and Spock (as best man) is shockingly talented at doing the zombie hands move.

Bones is Southern so you know he'd pick a country song for his and Jim's first dance. (Technically it was their second first dance...because of course Jim insists on them dancing to his song choice first. He claims Captain's prerogative.)

Jim surprises Bones by picking this song for him and Joanna to dance to. Bones almost gets weepy spinning his flower-girl daughter around the dance floor. And afterwards he (lovingly) bitches at Jim for doing something so mushy and sentimental.
DJ Casper - Cha Cha Slide

Um, of COURSE they'd do some Cha Cha Sliding, how could one ever doubt such a thing. Jim claims it's for Joanna's benefit but he's up front leading everyone, hopping and stomping and laughing as Pavel attempts to cha cha on the downbeat.
Four Tops - I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch)

Jim and Joanna get down on the dance floor to this song, singing along and flailing in a way that almost counts as dancing. As it ends, Joanna calls Jim "Dad" for the first time.

Their first first dance. It is everything it's supposed to be.

Nyota snuck this one into the mix. Jim scoffs and McCoy rolls his eyes but (not so) secretly they hold hands through the whole song.

Don’t be mad once you see that he want it
Gaila and Chapel burn up the dance floor while Nyota attempts to explain the meaning of the song to Spock...and hopes he gets the hint.

The song they exit the reception to - Jim's choice of course. Bones grumbles about it but it's all a front. He practically drags Jim out of the reception while Jim tells everyone Bones is finally about to make an honest man out of him. Joanna's gone off to bed with Yeoman Rand by this point btw.
