(no subject)
wow! i really havent updated in a while ive been busy.
a few weeks ago i joined the high school color guard so i get to dance and twirl flags and sabers in the half time show at home football games and i can march with the band. hehe its so much fun. after band camp, i went to my friend pam's luau party. it was so much fun. we played truth or dare and lots more things. we ate pinapple pizza and cake. i saw colleen again and it was all good. I really have to see her more often.
last week on saturday we went to conneticuit, we drove down and went for a graduation party. i didnt fit in well at first but towards the end i had a good time eating and beating people and losing at video games. hehe.After we drove down the rest of the way too new jersey. we stayed at my grandmas house. we slept in the attic like nrmal, but this time we didnt have to share it with our aunt. she was with her boyfriend for a while.
the next morning, we woke up and ate a quick breakfast, i had to finish my present i made for my second cousin upstairs. My cousin and my second cousins came to visit that morning. We had a nice visit, but i felt it was too short. LAter that night, my aunt called and said she as gonna come over for a little visit. My aunt and other cousin stayed for dinner and she brought brownies for dessert. i packed up that night, then we went to sleep.
the next morning on monday, we drove home and got back from new jersey with just enough time to get ready for band camp. that night was fun, but it got really tiring and confusing cause it was my second day of colorguard. but i did awesome if u ask me!
The next night i had dance, so i skipped band camp. in jazz first, we were doing lots of different things on our pogo sticks, like going across the floor backwards, or sideways, and no handed. it was so much fun. then we stretched. after we did a conbination in tap. after we made up dances on pogo sticks in jumps and turns. i guess it was pretty fun.
on wednesday morning, i went to practice at 9 in the morning, we used our sabers, and i finished learning a part of the routine. i tried on my costume to get it fitted right. then jackie drove me to her house and she beat me at clue like 2 more times. i ate at her house and i opened all of the great presents she got me in disney world. gesese i love that girl. then we drove to band camp and i met my mom sop she could brign me to dance. that night i obviously had dance instead of band camp again. But that night, we didnt use out pogo sticks. we did a combination to our jazz song, and gymnastics. in ballet since it was our last class of the summer, our teacher let us play games. I HATED EACH ONE SO MUCH I WANTED TO SCREAM!! but i guess it was ok.
The next night on thursday, i went to band camp after school shopping. i learned almost the whole piece that night. then i did good on drill. i think that im starting to get the hang of this colorguard thing.
On friday, i was getting ready for school the following week. and i went to the last night of band camp. we found an ironbead snowflake on the foot ball field. and she made it the award for the person who works the hardest. I got the award that night, she said it was a tie between me and jackie, but since i had skipped practice a few times that week and still kept up, she gave it to me.
On saturday! we sent to the car wash. i danced around with a sign like an idiot. it was fun. then later i went to the car wash part of the car wash and washed a few cars. then our parents took us into boston, they wouldnt tell us y tho. wen we got there we stopped for pizza and then went over to the suprise. we went to see the lion king musical at the opera house. it was so amazing, i loved it.
One sunday, i went over katies house and me and jackie practiced for colorguard with her. after wen my mom picked us up, we dropped jackie off at her house and then we went to the grocery story and we bought some last minute school stuff.
yea so that was my last week of freedom from school. on monday i started school again.
