(no subject)
wow yesterday was my dance comp
woke up at 5
left at 7
drove to lowell
got there nd did make up
danced at 9:20 for lyric
changed for tap
waited for 5 dances then an entire half hour judges meeting thing and through 2 productions. (we waited on the stairs! i hated it)
then danced tap
awards- we got 2 sterling (high) silvers
then we did jazz (best weve ever done it.. except we kinda had trouble getting center stage lol)
while waiting for jazz i was talking to and meeting some people from this other studio! they were so nice. we stayed backstage and watched eachothers dances and stuff then we hung out for a bit later *they got in the dance off too!* it was an amazing feeling to be with new people
then i ate lunch at like 4ish
they cancelled sundays part of comp! and we cancelled our hotel room! :(
some of the little kids moms came up to me and ask if id watch their kids before awards.
i chilled with them during the dance off *my friends dance got in.. the scholarship gym*
it was all amazing
then i went backstage with the little kids and we went to teh 830 awards
we got a GOLD for jazz! and lots of people from our studio won big awards. and my studio got best costume award!
then we went to get our cars and we led catherines mom and brittneys family to the highway.
we ate muffins in the car
today my hair is still like gelled back and i have all my make up on.. lol this is what i always look forward to lol. this time i didnt lose my voice.. it just kidna hurts a bit. my voice is stronger now from strenghtening it through singing. :)
but it was cancelled cause of snow and im kinda madd!!!
