First of all, thanks for writing for me!
I'm generally pretty easy to please, but I don't like non-con or D/s, and I'll skim over explicit sex and PWPs.
Tropes I like include soulmates/soulbonds, time travel/time loops, pretend-to-be-married or the like, relationships that aren't perfect but work out anyway, canon divergence AUs, H/C heavy on the comfort, happy or bittersweet endings, HDM/Daemon AUs, friends-to-lovers and enemies-to-lovers-to-friends.

Kirigiri/Naegi/Togami
I don't mind if you use first or last names; I've used last in my prompt for convenience but I've played the English version and won't be thrown out if you decide the other way.
I love these three together! I love how much an asshole Togami is but how it's somewhat tempered by him actually wanting to escape; his weird sort-of friendship with Naegi at the end of his free time events. I love Naegi's relentless optimism and how he can get through to anyone; I love his relationship with Kirigiri, who realises how much she's come to rely on him in the end. I love Togami's wary respect for Kirigiri and her being competent enough that he can't condescend (that much, anyway).
I will adore basically anything, but I'd love something post-DR, pre-DR2 which explains how they got into the Future Foundation, or them settling into some sort of routine in this new world. I'm sure Kirigiri set up some bolt-holes, and Togami probably did too - do they head out on a search for their stashed resources with just the three of them, and meet some Future Foundation people on the way? I'd also love anything pre-game where they still have their memories but Despair's lurking around the corner; I can't imagine Kirigiri or Togami sitting idly by. I'd love a get-together fic - are two of them together, reaching out to the third, or do they somehow all manage to fall into bed at once? I love the cooler, much more antagonistic relationship Kirigiri and Togami have; does Naegi decide the best way to stop them glaring at each other is bringing them together, or are they forced to work together by circumstances and bring Naegi in to mediate? Or feel free to give me any alternate game; does someone die or not die and it changes things? Do they end up getting together in a post-IF scenario? Time travel, recovering memories, go wherever you like.
Persona 4
Adachi Tohru/Narukami Yu
I have to admit here I've not actually seen the P4 anime (except for that Golden episode with Adachi), but if you want to use Yu's characterisation from that it's totally fine; I'm sure I've absorbed enough from P4 Arena. If you want to call him Souji and go by the game, that's awesome too (I'm an old-school P4 fan, haha). I just called him Yu here for convenience's sake.
I love these two to bits. I love that despite his complete assholishness Adachi does try to reach out to the kids in the end, and I love the Jester/Hunger S-link all the way through - Yu cooking for him, the awkward moments, the confrontation in the TV. I love Adachi's semi-redemption in the P4:AU story, how he's not really on the IT's side but he doesn't want the world to end, not anymore.
I'd love Adachi having to work together with Yu for some reason, or an extension of the Jester/Hunger S-link where they hook up somewhere along the way. I'd prefer it to be mostly consensual, and I'd like to think that Yu would have enough in blackmail to hold over Adachi's head that they're mutually wary of one another if it's during P4 but post-reveal. If you want to write pre-reveal, I'd love Adachi seeming (mostly) guileless but something being off, enough that Yu starts to get suspicious. Feel free to keep the P4G Anime canon that Yu cooks for Adachi all the time; does Adachi ever take him up on the offer of dinner alone? Maybe Adachi catches him stocking up his fridge; does Yu put on the housewife routine to irritate Adachi into action? Post-game, or post-P4:AU; maybe there's some Shadow/Persona problem that Yu can't contact the rest of the team for, so he has to contact Adachi, or maybe Adachi gets dragged into something again? I'd be super into a normal-ending AU where Adachi knows there's something up with what went down in Inaba, but Yu missed his letter - how would that play out?
MCU
Tony Stark/Vision, Tony Stark/Pepper Potts/Vision, Pepper Potts/James "Rhodey" Rhodes/Tony Stark, Pepper Potts/Natasha Romanov/Tony Stark
Tony/Vision - I was pretty disappointed that the film never gave us any repercussions of Vision basically being a weird JARVIS/Ultron/Mind Stone amalgamation in regards to Tony, so I'd love that explored. Tony probably misses JARVIS, and I feel like he'd have a really strange relationship with Vision if they were hanging out with just the two of them; I'd love Vision working with him on Avengers tech or Tony's systems, or helping him shore up Stark Industries after JARVIS's 'death'. Vision doesn't remember being JARVIS, but I'd love Tony almost projecting on him, with messy feelings everywhere. Also, Tony's basically Vision's creator; does he feel responsible for what he's done? I'd love Vision asserting his own independence/authority against this, and proving that he's his own person. Feel free to throw in some tech!porn, too, if you like - I'd love Tony being attracted to Vision in an almost covetous tech-way and feeling guilty about it until Vision shows him he rather likes it.
Tony/Pepper/Vision - basically the above, only with Pepper in the mix! I love Tony and Pepper's relationship, how she keeps him grounded and organised, how they complement each other and are so familiar. I think Pepper would be missing JARVIS too (as he did do a lot of SI work with/for her) but her relationship with Vision would be much different; she's probably used to Tony and his robots and would accept him quite easily as someone new. I'd love the Vision winning over Pepper to try and repair his relationship with Tony, and somewhat accidentally falling into bed with them. I am also 100% down for Extremis-Pepper so if you want to write them teaming up to fight evil, go ahead!
Tony/Pepper/Rhodey - Tony and Pepper are awesome, Tony and Rhodey are fantastic, and I feel like anyone with Tony probably needs another person in the relationship to go to bed at a normal time and commiserate about his occasional one-track mind. I'd love the build-up of Pepper and Rhodey's friendship-to-relationship in the wake of Tony Stark; I'm sure they got close while Tony was kidnapped, and I'd love if Tony and Rhodey had a thing in college or something. Is it Tony and Pepper who invite Rhodey into their relationship, or is it just an organic growth? Do Tony and Rhodey take Pepper out flying (after she gets Tony to make her a suit)? I'd also love domestic-fic for these three, sniping about breakfast or curtains or art or just relaxing into each others' space.
Tony/Pepper/Natasha - I love the idea of Natasha and Pepper bonding after her stint as an assistant, occasionally meeting up for drinks or dinner to discuss their lives and mutual friends. Maybe this sort of transitions into friends-with-benefits, with Natasha wanting something without strings and Pepper (and Tony) willing to provide; I'd love Natasha slowly realising she's gotten in a little too deep. Do Natasha and Pepper team up against Tony, or does he have to chase them down? I love the relationship Natasha and Tony have, semi-antagonistic but with a undercurrent of trust, and the way they're both a little broken in ways that can't be fixed; I'd love them being a bit in awe of Pepper, who's beautiful and almost-normal and loves them - and then shows them why. I'd also love Extremis!Pepper, particularly if Tony and her have kept it a secret - swooping in to save the day when Natasha's worried they're going to die.
