turning 31. goodness.
Today's my birthday! And... where did the last year go? I feel like being 30 was pretty awesome, but I'm not sure how to approach being 31. It's a different thing to turn 30 than to be in one's 30s, if that makes any sense.
I've done a fair bit in the last year - graduated with my PhD, gotten married, started an American Tribal Style Belly Dance scene in Indianapolis - but I still feel like I'm in a transitional time in my life. Wonderful people surround me at every turn, yet I'm still finding my way, figuring out where I belong. I suppose that's just the way of things.
