ATWT has me on the brink
AAAAAAAGH. I am so in love with ATWT right now it's not even funny. Mainly the Meg/Paul/Emily/Craig storyline. You know - you just know - that Craig is going to do everything he can to get to Paul... and apparently (and hopefully, to my storyline dreams) he'll do it through Meg. Now, I am the uber-Peg fan, so obviously I'm not wanting this because I want to break Paul and Meg up. There are a myriad of reasons I am loving this direction:
1.) It takes the focus off of Emily for a change. I am sick of seeing Emily be all psychotic and loony and forcing Meg to fight for Paul. If Craig comes into the scene and starts giving off those sparks with Meg that Hunt Block's Craig gave off with Jennifer, that means that not only is Emily not the center of attention in the storyline, Paul will be fighting for Meg for a change (and I so dearly want to see that).
2.) I want Peg to have a fighting chance. If everything is smooth sailing, it makes it easier for them to break up later. Turbulence now, and hopefully they'll stick together in the long run.
3.) C'mon, who doesn't want to see Craig wreak some havoc in Oakdale? Things had been getting too lazy with just Emiloon running around whinging all over the place. With Craig here, things are starting to look up.
4.) Craig/Emily pairing. I truly think that Craig is going to be the one to bring Emily out of her psychotic obsessive fixation on Paul. And even though right now I can't see it as a romantic pairing, the two of them teaming up is like watching the Axle of Evil at work. You can't help but feel giddy.
And because I'm a sucker for Peg videos: http://www.cataz.net/ "Far Away" and "Chasing Cars" are my favorite Paul/Meg ones, and the Alan Jackson one of them made me giggle hysterically. Also, try watching the "You Give Love A Bad Name" Paul/Emily video. Oh, how I laughed. :D
