i'm looking at getting a laptop. what do you have?

I have an HP 5000 series and I love it! They're already outdated, obviously...but when I bought a new one because I thought mine was stolen I got one of the new HPs--built in webcam, windows vista, all that nice stuff, and I liked it a lot (now my mom has that one, lol). I've never had any problems with either HP...I recommend them. =)

i have been looking at HP's so that's probably what i'm going to get but i plan on customizing one so it won't be as expensive...my parents said they're not helping me pay for this :-( so i'm selling my computer and my beloved monitor

Ugh, that's such a bummer. =( Was there a big disadvantage to having a desktop?
