My apologies, but this will be a brief entry. It's taking a while for me to properly gather my thoughts and scan what I've written for any confusion or error. As it is, this is taking longer than expected...
I've heard the news media made quite a deal out of what happened, and that many of you were concerned for my health. Thank you, everyone. It is somewhat of a concern, this attack... but I would like to assure you all that I am not intimidated in the least and will resume work as immediately as possible.
I would also personally like to attend the trial hearing... but it seems I'm receiving objections on all fronts in regards to this. It's true that can't recall most of that evening or even that morning--the doctors inform me that it's retrograde amnesia, symptomatic of a concussion--so my testimony wouldn't be of much assistance...
It is my firm belief that Mr. Miles Edgeworth is not responsible for what transpired on the night of the 24th. I have the fullest faith that Mr. Wright will uncover the truth in the trial...
As for the prosecution... I'm pleased to hear that the wait has paid off, that Mr. Godot has finally made his first appearance in the courtroom.
