I feel extremely out of place being home. I never realized how different my life is at school until I came home.
My 2nd year at college is completed and I am offically a junior. It is seems like just yesterday I was preparing myself for the unknown of freshman year. Things are so much more complex than they were two summers ago.
This past year at college was definitely one of the most strugglesome both emotionally and academically. Through it all, I ended up with a 3.46 GPA this semester and had to say goodbye to my two best friends at college.
No one truly knows how close they are with someone until he or she has to say goodbye to that person.
Dmac and Ches were the two people who I spent at least 80 percent of my college time with. It is extremely mind boggling to think about next year and know I won't be seeing them everyday. Saying goodbye to those two was one of the hardest things I have had to do.I know I will see and talk with them but our dynamic is changing. Yet, life is all about changing and growing,right?
I will be traveling to Charlotte on May 19th to spend 10 weeks there doing summer theatre at CPCC. It should be an interesting experience much different from Cape Cod last summer. It should be less crazy than Monomoy was but that is probably a really good thing.
