ok well today was an easy workout but nothing major..a ladder down from 6...tomorrow is a hard workout...take every rep. like its a race
one more note...
in 2003 the Lynbrook XC team was the sure county champion......
in 2004 Westbury wintertrack team was the SURE confrence champion.....
if i hear one more person say we are confrence champions or we are county champions or we are fucking triple crown champions idk...ill prolly kill u
