well, my general time-tested observation (mixed with what I hope is not an overdose of cynicism) on those who use "jargon and/or arguments that objective reality doesn't exist (or discussions of whether it does)" is that under whatever intellectual pretext or paradigm they present, they often have a painful reason for needing to believe that reality isn't quite as real as it feels, so they generalize their psychic denial into a philosophical denial that can be quite arid but may be effective in various degrees in masking whatever the source of their angst actually is. it takes guts to be as straightforward as bellatrys is trying to be. and hey, yes, stuff does exist, the universe runs on objective laws, cogito ergo sum, shit happens, and denying that it does may be a fun exercise but (like any other high) doesn't help much in dealing with whatever it is that hurts. {end of rant}
