this is a tale of a girl who missed it
she was wandering around
lost and without sound
the girl was alone and beside
herself and trying to hide
it was rainy and it was cold
the day was getting old
but then a small light
was comming into her sight
he was heaven he was earth
he was more than she was worth
he was night and he was day
he was the one who made her sway
as he passed her in the hall
she swore she would almost fall
as he spoke his gentle words
she thought it was the birds
and those eyes... oh those brilliant eyes
the eyes of an angel soaring through the sky
deep and blue and devestating
took her breath away n heart beating
faster faster her heart would go
and she never wanted it to slow
she loved the feeling he gave her
but he never even knew these things he gave her
he gave her weak knees
and her heart was never at ease
he gave her short breath
and him always in her head
that wonderful night, oh that glorious night
where they spoke for the first time in the moon's might
they shared true love's kiss
and never would forget that wonderful bliss
too bad it couldnt last
too bad it ended way too fast
she cried for days trying hard to let go
but even now she still really low
they just faded away
he walked silent and fate
