Does your character have spiritual/magical powers? Not sure if it counts, but he's an alchemist! Specializes in flame alchemy, specifically.
Would you like Ben to see a vision related to your character? Sure, why not.
Is there anything that would prevent him from seeing one? I don't think so!
Past, Present, and/or future? Past.
What would he see? He was in a pretty traumatizing war - Ishval Campaign, which was pretty much a desert massacre - and he also nearly got killed by being shot through the eye more recently.

Does your character have spiritual/magical powers? Not really, unless you count the dying will flame of the Reborn canon as a super power. He's just a godly strong fighter.

Is there anything that would prevent him from seeing one? Probably not!
Past, Present, and/or future? Recent past.
What would he see? He fought to the death with a swordsman before being pulled away. He should have been locked in stasis, as planned - he ended up in Prom instead.
