I have a killer cold but it was SO worth getting it! I had such a great time at the show. I brought Danyell, :-( Raina couldnt come. It was an emo/screamo show, but there was a damn good SKA band, and the <3 <3 LITTLE METAL BAND!!! This little metal band, as I call them, were like the best band there, and the kids in the band were like 11 to 13. I was like holy shit, they rock. I didn't really want to hear any other bands after them, I was like "LET THE METAL BAND PLAY AGAIN!!!". I talked to Eric HOlden, who is this like 22 year old who my friends used to know when he was in a different band, and he gave me a sticker.
Then I saw Steve, who is a friend of Josh's, so I got scared. He kept looking at me funny, I didnt like it. Then after his band played, we talked and I gave him a note thing to give to Josh. Josh wasn;t there, although vickie thought he might've been. Whatever, I'm glad he wasn't, it would have made the night SUCK. I know, I know, I'm pathetic. I just want to stop caring about him.
Urmmm then we laughed at the emo pit [theres like several different ways of moshing, I learned. Theres the emo pit, which is like windmill arms, then screamo pit, which is like having convulsions, then the ska pit which was them skipping around like my older brother and skanking, and the metal pit, in which they headbanged into eachother repeatedly. Good Times].
Urmmm then I was a spiteful bitchy whore to Jackie, but that's what she gets for ignoring me and then playing stupid about it to my face. Sigh, I swear, sometimes I wonder if they forget who they're trying to fuck with.
Thennnnn yeah. Danyell and I felt very manly at the show, because all of the guys there were wearing nicer eyeliner, girl pants [ahem, they pull off wearing girl's clothes better than I do, and I have a vagina!], prettier braclets, and there was more PINK on those guys, than I have owned in my lifetime. It made me a little ill.
The guys we talked to that werent 'emo' or whatever, were really sweet. One of them invited us to a party, so what the hell, Danyell, Raina, and I should go. That'd be fun. Thennn we met the band Patent Pending, who recently got signed, and they were all really nice!! They were the band that EVERYONE IN THE ROOM knew. I loved their song "Cheer up emo kid" because the lyrics were awesome. [Bringin' everybody down, everybody with a frown! Aww cheer up emo kid, it's a brand new day. Cheer up emo kid, It'll be okay. I suggest visiting their site, www.patentpendingsmells.com ]Afer they played, Danyell and I ventured outside and called my parents. We froze, and thats most likely how i got a cold, but it was a lot of fun. I'm really quite glad i went.
then DAnyell and I slept at my house, and today we watched a movie and went shopping. I got 2 pairs of jeans and a GREEN bra!. It was fun, I needed the clothes too, otherwise I wouldn't have enough to last the winter, and I'd get hypothermia and DIE, but I'm not particularly in the dying mood, rather the living and being spiteful to those I dislike.
