The car died last night so I am trying to get some revenue to pay tinker's who think they can repair the car. I need a car to get to the Laboring Hospital 2 freeways away! I also WILL be VBAC'ing which means attempting a natural birth rather than the auto c-section offered at nearly any other location near me (unless I come in practically crowning). My determination to locate all the information on my prior birth meant that I am considered a lower risk in 'normal birthing' than in going under the knife again and my doctor supports my desire to avoid an epidural due to having absolutely NO CLUE what might be my reaction to such heavy medications. Persistence FTW!
To the kind people who have inquired, my Baby's Wishlist is still untouched. We had to move several planned purchases to the list to preserve them after the cards were $$$$ frauded. Hopefully, this baby is more patient than my first as we sort out card issues- hopefully GETTING am emergency credit card at all. My son was here by now in my last pregnancy and the first ones are supposed to be the longest! Due date is estimated between July 28th and August 4th. (okay barely touched-- Thank you to the 2 purchasers who caught up to my wishlist overnight!)
Right now, I go to wash rescued fabrics to use on projects to sell. I will use my swimsuit and lounge in the pool some, too.
Biggest piece of fun was not going to bed and so being approached by a little technogeek who not only sympathized about my broken laptop-- HE fixed it! Arik rocks! I can now have privacy on the laptop and go where I like with it-- and now have something electronic to add to my laboring bag for the hospital! It cost me my last $10 to have the cord replaced to a lower volt one that he had-- but he was hungry and really needs to ambush the hoarder who has kept his clothes.
It settles my mind greatly as I now can Access ALL my files... but find I am nesting in how my links were stored, lol.
I have to clean the closet and set the crib up first-- but I go 0.0 looking at the contents of my confusing links and shake my head... so will do that tonight after reinstalling Quicktime to let chatzy work again there.
