bet i could give ya a run for your money

- said person cant remember the password to get into system - when you do this it quite obviously tells said person "call this number for your password" - said person calls this number - which is ironically i know - the TECHNICAL HELPDESK and says "you probably dont do this but....."

- said person calls up the helpdesk - asks for a password reset for system a - reset the password for system a - "its not working" says said person - so says i "whats the error message?"
"error message" says said person - "why are you asking me to reset systems a's password when you are trying to log onto system b" says i - "oh" says said person " i reset the password to the same thing"

- said person calls up the TECHNICAL HELPDESK "id like to report a fault" - ok - "what is the fault?" - th vending machine wont give me my change.... / the toilet is blocked / there is a large puddle ouside the door / the heating fan is too noisy /

and this is my day ....
its enough to make people want to invent evil pain causing machine that can travel down the phonelines....
