Well, now that break will be over in a week (tear..), new plans for a new year. I'm going to cover 3 sectors of my life,,,academia, socialization and entertainment/personal time.
Academia - With a slightly relaxed course load...its going to be staying at how it was done in 2006. Staying on top of the material each night...with study sessions on the weekends. I plan not to fall behind in Physics or Orgo...but it may happen. Backup options in case I do is to rely on Klein and Study/Cheat Sheets for Exams. Stats will be a total joke and so will Bioethics! Tutoring will once again pick up, I will work for a 6-8 student load divided up into two sections. Currently I'll be tutoring on Sunday Nights from 6:00-9:00 PM and then will be doing Test prep on Tuesday Nights from 6:00-8:00 followed by second session on Thursday Nights from 6:00-9:00 PM. The Sunday section I will devote to my current roster, while fill up the others on Thursday. I may add another test prep section. I've got some small competition to worry about...some second years want a piece of my pie....I'll rely on legacy. Courses I will tutor are General Chemistry II. I will tutor Calculus on a request basis only as I don't have any way to market myself to the students. I will reapply for research and am considering applying to CVS for a Pharmacy Tech position for the summer.
Socialization - Two words: Nissan Altima! Time to get myself back on the road...I'm talking movies and going out with friends. Of course I will use the car to benefit my studies...but time to get back out there! Socialization is good so far...I'll keep it the same.
Entertainment/Personal - Lots of changes regarding my personal life. I plan on hitting up the gym more...gotta work on my stamina. I'll go at off times so I'm sure to get the peace I want. I will be volunteering at St. Peter's Hospital. Planning on Fridays from 2:00 - 10:00 (variable times). I will also work on Saturday Mornings and Sunday Mornings from 9:00 - 12:00. Considering working at a soup kitchen..but I may hold back to focus on St. Peters. In terms of Technology...one word: HDTV! Its a go! I've got the backing and the funds. Plan on picking up a 32 inch LCD HDTV by March. Games will continue to flow in on a regular basis. I am now stopping development of my PS2 library and focusing more on my 360/Wii library while I wait for the PS3. Not to say that I won't get PS2 games...but they will be limited in scope. DS/PSP libraries will be developed over the summer months. New computer plans for late spring 2007...iMac.
I will be updating this plan on a weekly basis..stay tuned for next week's episode of Neil's NEW AMAZING LIFE!!!
