Ah, the pleasures of insomnia. Random thoughts that come to you at 12:30 AM while staring at the ceiling trying to sleep. The fact that silk on satin and skin is so comfortable, but I'm still not able to sleep. The fact that I'm groggy right now, but if I dare to turn off the light, I'll be wide awake again. Numbers. I've got numbers running through my head every time I close my eyes. So I lay here wide awake until I'm so tired that I can pass out without thinking at all.

But I guess that's what I get for working a week straight with no breaks.

Try reading, watching TV, listening to music, or ...writing- besides in the journal.

Yes, that must be it. I wonder if similar things happen to those in other Houses. Slytherins, just can't stop being ambitious and malicious at night. Gryffindors, their courage keeps badgering them. Hufflepuffs, ...sleep soundly.
