Writer's Block: Miss Manners
Um, I definitely think it would be cell phones because not only are people rude talking on them while they're in a restaurant, bank, movie or whatever, but they are a danger on the road, talking on them without the use of a hands free head set which aren't that expensive, then they wonder why they are in accidents.
