Stick this collection of eclectic mixes on your stereo and you'll journey with The Chemical Brothers through the last 14 years of music. It serves as a welcome reminder of what an integral part of they have played in the dance scene over the past decade. From humble beginnings at London's Heavenly Sunday Social, where they DJ'd as the Dust Brothers in 1994, they soon took on the world as artists in their own right. However, throughout their career they've always taken time to give their own spin to other people's work. And it's not all dance artists either.

Release Notes:
Yes, there are remixes of The Prodigy, Leftfield and Spiritualized, but also getting the Chemical Brother's treatment are Method Man, The Charlatans and Mercury Rev, among others. What makes this varied mix even more amazing is that, somehow, the Chemical's inimitable style succeeds in making these disparate influences sound like a cohesive whole. So, far from being just another compilation album, this is an essential piece of dance history for any fan. One slight downer is that this project wasn't extended to a double, or even triple album, as there are surely many more Chemical Brothers remixes out there. Still, the 12 tracks here are definitely top quality, and as the saying goes, always leave them wanting more...
