Of course I can come and get you. The guys are all going t'be at my place, probably, and I think we're going t'be camping, but you can come with us, if you like. They like you. I mean...I dunno if you'd want to spend New Year's Eve with four guys in a tent with Muggle whiskey and smoking and whatnot, but it's generally a really good time, and if you want to, you're more than welcome. And--well, you could meet my folks, if you wanted. Anyway, you don't have to if you'd rather not. But I think you'd have fun.

I haven't been camping in years, but dad used to take me all the time. I'd love to come, it sounds so much more fun than sitting at home alone. But....are you sure the others wouldn't mind? I mean, it kind of sounds like a boys night thing..?

Nah, they're cool with it, I asked. Anyway, pretty much every night is a boys' night thing. Just stay away from the fire if Pete's nearby. Things tend to go badly when he gets too close to campfires. Oh, and there shouldn't be any streaking, since you're there, but sorry in advance if there is. Sirius has an aversion to trousers sometimes.
