(no subject)
What can I say? I've been a bit distracted.
It kind of happens when you get caught up on Skype, and you forget to log on here to update everyone else. I updated with the one that matters, and that was daily, probably atleast twice a day. Then to make matters... worse? better? I walked in to pick up the kids about a week ago, and there he was, holding our little girl. The boys are old enough to understand what happened, well, sort of, between my ex and me. And that Tubby is part of the family now as well. But our little girl? She's going to be the innocent one. The one where all the boys protect her, and where her big sister puts her hair in pigtails. Anyway, he was holding our little girl, Lauren and I standing in the doorway watching him, and he looked so peaceful. So happy to be there. But we all know the truth... as to why he was there. But I think more than he needed to be with me, he needed to have her peacefulness balance him out.
So, we've been a big happy family for a bit now. It feels like the brady bunch, but I have to say, I kinda really love it. And it's a good preview for what a great summer it's going to be.
