Don't know if anyone's told you yet, but the TARDIS crew has relocated over to the Silver Dragon/Hinata Inn. Yggdrasil woke up while you were gone and undid all of Koushiro-san's programming that made the apartment larger.

The TARDIS was what we called Koushiro and Ryo's apartment. Koushiro had used his hacking skills to make the apartment bigger than what it appeared to be so that all of us could fit in it.
