By the end of probably the third day of wandering around and learning about modern things, Archie was definitely ready to spend the majority of his evening sitting indoors --or what he could pretend was indoors-- and reading. Well, listening to music too. He was becoming decidedly attached to the player although he did find himself missing his hat.
He yawned as he entered the hut and all but threw himself at the floor on what he imagined was pretty much his side after setting his books and jacket to one side.
"What a day."
He looked over at the other lieutenant. Hm. "Hullo again."
