After all the harrassing calls, they're calling me to notify me that my September payment is running late. (I haven't been able to pay it because I get paid shit at Strack's...see why I need a new job?) They called again this morning. Mom took down the number, but she knows I've about had it dealing with them at this point, so I didn't call them back. I decided to set up THIS payment with E-Bill since I'll really be cutting it to the wire getting it paid THIS month. (I'm desperate if I'm resorting to using E-Bill again; we all know how THAT screwed me over.)
So I go to FordCredit.com this morning to get that set up. My online account is saying that I owe $475.70 instead of the $245.60 they told me I owe for this month on the phone.
Seriously.....what the FUCK?!!!!
Who do I believe at this point?! I don't believe what I see online, because online, it looks like I STILL didn't pay for last month, even though I faxed my bank statement AND the photocopy of that check from last month. A rep called me up Saturday morning and it turns out that they processed that check under a different account number; whoever the dipshit was that processed that check can't tell the difference between a "4" and a "9." The rep said they'd take care of it and was very nice to me that day (since she knew I was pretty pissed off at this point). Now here I am, checking my account online, and it STILL looks like it hasn't been taken care of. And I will be DAMNED if I have to do a combined payment when I don't even have to, and end up in the hole AGAIN. They tell me one thing on the phone, but I get something completely different when I check my online account. This is bullshit.

Okay...after I calmed down (and one of my classes let out a little early and I could spare some time), I called Ford Credit back up about this. The reason why it still hasn't shown up yet on my account online is because they're still straightening it out and getting it on my account. And I can understand that because whoever's account they ended up taking it off of instead of mine is probably going to get just as angry as I've been. The woman I talked to THIS time told me it might take a couple more days. The problem is, I still have a payment of $231.10 to make for this month, and E-Bill won't let me make my payment for that much. Until this matter is straightened, I can't use E-Bill. And sending a check at this point will definitely make it late. So my only other options are sending the money via Western Union or making a phone payment.
And at this point, I'd rather just make a phone payment.
