So it should be obvious to everyone that I've abandoned this thing, though I'm not really sure what I thought I would use it for in the first place. I'd long moved past the need to add fluff to the archives of the internet to make myself feel better, and honestly I could never be at home with my writing on livejournal, not enough so to post real entries that actually, you know, help me. It's just, well, it's livejournal. 'Nuff said.
I'm still over on journalspace (JS). It's a love/hate relationship, but I've yet to find anything else tolerable that's close enough to diary-x (don't even mention diaryland, I do not want to hear it). Still working on the private domain, have I done jack with it in the past year? Not really. I'm going to relate my coding block to the general, artists/writing/creative block that's been growing steadily worse. The less satisfied I am with what I produce as time goes by, the less confidence I have in creating more. It's pretty much a downward spiral that only journal layouts seem to break through, but those are so easy they hardly count.
So yes, in short, I'm
here.
PS. God I hope you've got AdBlock for FireFox, JS imposes these lovely (*gag*) little google ads at the bottom of posts that's completely tweaked my layout. I keep meaning to fix it by embedding the entry div in another one of fixed height and doing overflow: hidden; , but I'm lazy. So sue me. It looks fine as far as I'm concerned.
