Say goodbye to "I love you"
I've never been great with words, but there are 3 I'm sure everyone has heard me say time and time again. I've always seemed to throw the phrase around as if it meant nothing. But, a year and a few weeks ago someone began to teach me what it truly meant. And now that he's moved on to someone else for what I believe to be the last time, I find myself fearing that when I said "I love you" to him he never grasped that I truly meant it. And, even more, I fear that he didn't even hear me when I mumbled it under my breath each time I got into my car to leave his warm embrace. Although I doubt the existence of someone who can make me feel as, great, as he made me feel, I'm from here on out holding those 3 simple words close to my heart instead of close to my lips until I meet him...
