Hugging this character: Sure, go ahead. You'll probably get smacked if you're not Midorikawa or Heat, though.
Kissing this character: I'd advise against it, but feel free.
Flirting with this character: It'll probably go over his head, but go for it
Fighting with this character: That's fine, but he can hold his own fairly well.
Injuring this character: If it's anything huge, get the okay from me first. Minor stuff (bruising, small cuts, etc.) is fine.
Killing this character: Ahahaha. No. :|
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: If you want to lower your own I.Q., go for it. Nah, I'm just kidding. Burn's not that dumb, but you probably won't get much intelligent thought out of him unless he's REALLY thinking about something.
Warnings: ... Burn's a bit of a dick sometimes, you might wanna watch out for that.
