[Forward dated to Sunday, 1 a.m.]

[Somewhere in the way early morning, the feed suddenly erupts into static. Every few seconds or so, through the fuzz, one can see some very strange symbols flickering through it.Eventually, it quits, and the feed becomes just a bit more clear. It looks like, for whatever reason, Lea is on... But something's not ( Read more... )

[In all honesty this kid had totally nailed it. The ones comfortable being here were just that -- comfortable. And why would they have a reason to be comfortable unless they didn't want to go back? He knows he's afraid to go back -- back to Nowheresville and right back to being cornered. The thought terrified him and he stressed over how to fix it on a nightly basis.

The fact that this kid could be so perceptive of a human's true nature or desires in combination with those yellow eyes left one obvious answer -- a Shadow, right?

Was that possible? He'd thought it was, because of that Vanitas kid, but...

Heh, "fix things", eh?]

You think you can?

[Shadow or Heartless or Kishin or whatever else- To Lea at right this moment, it doesn't matter what's happened to him, only that it's happened.

He feels so powerful and light as air, and it's only partially from the revelation.]

One way or another. It's not like I need or want most of the people here anyway.

What makes you think you're so "wanted" either? Y'think that you're special? Get real.

Your world doesn't want you -- which is why it dumped you right here like the rest of us.

I know I'm special. Because I'm more powerful than all of you. Didn't you know? Those in power get to decide what happens.

I have a future version of myself that proves, in one timeline at least, I go back. So your argument kinda falls flat, y'know?

Except your future version gets his ass dumped right back here.

If I don't kill him, he'll probably leave again sooner or later.

He disappears all the time. It kind of pisses me off. Once, twice, three times. Shouldn't he be out by now?

Oh, wow, I guess he's such a bad taste to both worlds that neither of them want him -- so they keep spitting him out at each other.

Maybe you should kill him -- and then yourself. Solve the problem, y'know?

And you think we're limited to just one world.

But if we're so worthless, then you fall into the same category, riiiiiiight? If you kill yourself, that saves me one person that I won't have to waste my time on.

I don't think any world wants you.

[Adachi knows he's fucking worthless even though he was supposed to be the best of the best -- a reason he included himself in the variable of those "dumped" here.]

But y'see the difference between you and me is that I have my own world -- my own little playground where I decide what happens. And it's with me wherever I go.

Haha, why would I kill myself? I like it here.

You're the one who can't find or accept his place anywhere so maybe you should be put out of your misery.

That is, if you even have the guts for it.

'Cause I think you're more scared than anyone else here, kid.

Who says I haven't found my place yet? Pay attention.

[That last comment totally doesn't rankle him. Except in the thousands of ways it does. So yes, voice now. Both to hide the expression on his face and the way he's now setting out.]

Maybe you should elaborate, then.

Because all I heard was some kid who thought he was wanted back home.

So you're just gonna start offing people? How do you know that'll even work?

If it doesn't, you're just gonna be stuck here all alone with the monsters.

But that shouldn't matter, 'cause you're a brave boy, am I right?

[Give him a few to not start screeching.

...It doesn't work.]

Well, that just shows what an ignorant piece of scum you are! I'm going to kill everyone, no matter how many times I have to push this stupid place because there's always a limit, and it'll either do what I want it to or I won't have to deal with things like you!

[He is just. Kind of. Floating throughout all the apartment areas, doing a quick check through the windows from a reasonable distance. He has never met this guy, and thus has not even the vaguest idea of what his soul could look like.

But he is a persistent Kishin.]

[His soul would probably be about this brand of color with a crapload of caution tape about it to make the color almost indistiguishable -- how you'd know this soul belongs to him or not is a mystery.]

You do that, dumbass. See how far you get.

[Annnnd click goes the feed on his end because he doesn't care for hearing screechy punks.

Then he throws his SFC somewhere behind his head over to the floor while he relaxes on the sofa, hands behind his head, for a good nap.]

[It takes him a while, but he finally locates just the place he wants. He takes a nice, long hard look at that soul. Committing it to memory. Because what if it does come back? He'll have to eliminate it an awful lot.

Make sure it stays dead.

Lea doesn't mind the three eyes symbol which floats beneath his feet and keeps him in the air. He simply concentrates on the fireball he's crafting in his hand, making it larger and larger and larger... His twitchy, maniacal grin comes back in full force. It doesn't burn him, no, not ever, because it's his and he can do whatever he wants, but once it hits that apartment...

With an accuracy enhanced by the madness corrupting his mind, Lea flings it right at Tohru's apartment.

THINGS ARE EXPLODING AND ON FIRE. WHAT DO?]

[NAP SUCESSFULLY INTERRUPTED, CONGRATULATIONS.]

Jesus Chri--

[Basically all he gets out before he instinctively pulls his gun out of his belt, and, in trying to get up too quickly in his surprise, falls off the couch.

Smoothest right there.

He stands up and scratches the back of his head in utter confusion and squints through the smoke and flames that are rampant near the window.

Well shit.

He is currently in an underwater city what even...

[Hope he's not standing in front of that window, because more fireballs are incoming. Lots of 'em.

If he can hear past the crackling flames and small devices that are possibly exploding and melting, he'll be able to hear high-pitched laughter coming from across the way, where Lea's floating.

Does he win a prize if he turns the apartment into ash? Let's find out!]
