Prometheus is seemingly easy going, a trickster, jester, laid back, and irrelevant. It hides a wickedly sharp mind and cool cunning that's constantly shifting and considering the changes of the world. It's obvious he's fond of and respects humanity and actually enjoys dealing with humans. It's the divinity he's cautious of and wary of. He never has quite felt like he belongs with the Titans, and never did quite fit in with the Olympians.
Through out the centuries, he's been wandering the world or working as a doctor or teacher, a soldier or sailor. Whatever he does, he often drops everything and runs to assist in revolutions just about anywhere in the world.
The time spent being tortured for nearly a thousand years has literally destroyed his sense of fear. He is able to stand up against any situation, anything, and anyone. He has no fear of Zeus and the reason why he's hidden himself with humanity is simply due to hide from humanity so they can develop on their own.
Still, he keeps the traditions of Hellenistic culture such as Xenia and being as honest as he can about whom he is to humanity. Most mortals will know him as 'Paul'. He used to be more honest with mortals until the mid 1800s. Sometimes he will disclose this, but not after many years. Under it all, there is a temper. This temper is never unleashed on humans but the divines do know Prometheus has a vicious temper and arrogance. Thankfully both have been toned down since his youth but to be honest, he hasn't had to deal with other divinities in centuries (most notably Zeus).
