Days of doing nothing!
Hello!!!
Has been a little while since I updated my lj so I figured now is as good a time as any to do so.
Physically
I haven't been this physically active since early high school. Saturday, I ran 2 miles. Sunday, I played soccer... scored our only goal... left foot chip shot over the keeper :-D. Monday, I did a full body work out at night before I had weight training on tuesday morning. I'm still considering running a few miles tonight but I don't want to wear myself out like I did monday night. I got a few other things I want to do before I run.
Mentally
My classes aren't too hard, I keep getting that feeling that I'm falling behind in my math class even though I understand everything that's going on. For the first time ever I finished a quiz first in the class and felt good about it. My music class is pretty easy, I'm thinking about skipping it tomorrow in exchange for some time studying for my math exam. Sociology class is going alright, the first exam was really easy. I wonder if they are going to be harder eventually. The weight training course is going well enough, I'm just not good at sticking with a program like that. I really don't like doing the bench press and its on one of the days of my program, plus the program only takes me like 20 minutes to do per day. I guess I'll add some stuff off the paper.
Living
Well I'm not going to lie and say that I'm loving it living here with Josh... I mean he could be a lot worse of a roommate, but he is really weird. He reads a lot, not studying... just reading books. His bio on the door said, under interests, "people of the opposite sex"... then he blacked it out with a permanent marker... couldn't he just say girls? When the television is on, he cant just sit and watch it... he has to be one foot away from it standing up. Occasionally he will walk around the room and bounce this old stuffed baseball thing off his head. When there are tense moments on television he really acts like he is afraid for them... I dont think its acting... He doesnt read while sitting on any chairs... he kinda rolls around on the ground. We were moving our room around today and I had basically finished moving all this stuff and he goes. 'umm im not sure that I like this bed like this.' So I had to move all this stuff around again so that he didnt have to be afraid of falling off his bed... I guess im kinda ranting on...
Entertainment
I have been playing starcraft quite a bit lately... played a little CS today... got my ass kicked but I guess I'm not as good as I used to be... life goes on. Been watching a bunch of Firefly... watched the first episode with Allie the other night... she actually liked it!!! Watched the Serenity trailer last night a bunch of times... its gonna be awesome... i hope. Shit... just found out that they cancelled capture the flag tonight... that sucks, I was kinda looking forward to that. This weekend, I'm going to Indiana to go visit Dave... its going to be a lot of fun... because dave is 21 now!!!
Anyway... I'm get going... everyone have a great weekend.
