R and i are going out of town this weekend, part business and a little pleasure. Hopefully the work part of it won't be too hard. We shall see.
i'm really wound up about leaving the boys though. i trust the friends that will be watching them, but i realized i've never left them for a whole weekend. They're excited about it though, and that helps loads. i just hope nothing traumatic occurs. i also hope our friends are still our friends after this weekend! Both boys can be really intense, in different ways, but still. Send good thoughts.
Additionally, i have found scraping the border from our bedroom to be incredibly therapeutic. We'll see if i still feel that way once i've finished - ha!
