Game post says: Is it Wednesday yet?

Packers at Bears: The Bears are really awful. Just, wow. The Packers have pulled a couple wins out of mediocrity this year, but still. Wow. The only thing stupider than Aaron Rodgers' double pass-pick is Lovie Smith. Just in general, really. I seriously wonder if between Childress's clock management, McCarthy's red zone play-calling, and Lovie's Lovie-ness and also challenges, is Jim Schwartz the smartest coach in the division? I mean, I don't see a lot of Detroit, but all I hear about is their lack of on-field talent, and their front office ineptitude was legendary, but is coaching a problem there?

Also I got to taunt all my friends and it was fun.

Chargers at Cowboys: I feel bad for Romo. He's playing very solidly, yet it's obvious that the losing is getting to him, and nobody's gonna cut him any slack. I'm still glad the Cowboys lost, though, and I find it hilarious that Scifres was hitting the screen in warm-ups just to fuck with Jerry Jones. Go Bolts!

Eagles at Giants: I love DeSean Jackson. Kid is such a showboat-it's awesome. I'll admit I spent most of the first half dealing with yesterday's massively unexpected turn of events to a very satisfying result, but the second was awesome if only for the scoring smorgasbord (scorgasbord?). Also I'm glad the Eagles won because it makes Green Bay's playoff chances that much better, and also because I like them better.

Also that Eli to Boss pass at the end should have been a safety.

Misc: Saints still undefeated woo!

Well, I'd hoped Denver could knock off Indy. It sounds like they played well, just not well enough after getting in the hole early. Also Kyle Orton is way better than anyone ever gives him credit for. Bet Chicago's missing him a bit. He wouldn't have won that game today, but Jay Cutler's two picks lost it.

I'd also hoped Cincy would knock off the Vikes. Oh well. Seeing them play San Deigo will be very very interesting.

san diego superchargers, sexy never left, the dude abides, you communist!
