(no subject)
Am properly sick now, thanks to dearest Nick. Seems to be heading to my chest now judging by the asthma that is starting up.
Had a good weekend. Strawberry fare with Jen and Mel on Friday. Followed by watching a movie with Jen Mel and Liz. Unfortunately could not drink as much as I intended as I started getting a really sore throat pretty early on.
On Saturday Nick, Rogar and I joined Kirk and Snuff for a puppy date at the beach. It was a lot of fun and contrary to expectations Rogar did not really run away as he was having so much fun practically drowning himself playing fetch in the ocean. Later that night we went to Nick's brother and sister's place for tea and a game of Trivial Pursuit. The girls got off to a good start but some poor dice rolling resulted in the boys winning ;-(
Today I slept in until about one thirty, had some soup and garlic pita bread and watched crap TV before regular Sunday dinner at my parents(Thai Chicken Curry mmmm). Dad was nice enough to drop me home early and I am supposed to be in bed but instead I made tomorrows lunches and am currently baking some chocolate chip cookies. Out of curiousity I cooked two giant ones and put extra sweetened consensed milk in the mixture. Am yet to see how it all turns out.
Edit: A little burnt at the bottom but still edible, I think.
