Farewell to the Year of Heartbreak!
Be it from outside sources or my own petty actions... 2007 was indeed a year of heartbreak for me. So many things have come and gone. I don't know how else to classify the past year other than with the most prevalent of feelings I succumbed to.
Heartbreak always leaves a bitter taste though.
A taste of guilt in many ways. Even when not at fault one wonders what he or she could've done to prevent such a feeling from coming to light. Inaction, in these cases, is often as responsible as the catalyst.
So here's to 2008! A brand new year, often just another day, but like most of our species, a year one cant but hope will be better than the last.
