Can someone explain to me why that design was picked last week in the lingerie episode?
Marlene's design was pretty, sure. But from a marketability standpoint, choosing it makes no sense to me. Very few women could wear that. You'd have to have practically no breasts. I don't think anyone larger than an A cup could wear that. Whereas Ashley's design was pretty and sexy and could be worn by most women. And given that the winning design is going to be produced, I just don't get the choice. And I say this as someone who loves black and thought Marlene's was sexier. I just can't see it selling very much.
