It had just the right sort of chilling murders, and a ghost, no less, that was the murderer. Set in a castle no less.
Angel being all Angel, quiet and gorgeous, loved seeing him from Eleanor's eyes.
The poetry was a nice touch. Loved how Giles and Angel show their knowledge, leaving Buffy to ask if everyone knows Donne but her.
The imagine of Angel pacing outside Heaven's doors was inspiration. Great analogy.
And this is the first time we're told that Giles had contacted the dead slayers' parents to inform them of their deaths. I had always wondered if the girls had just been made to disappear.
A wonderful way to solve the case, to quote a happy poem to the ghost.

hard to believe this is a story by a new author, all of the characters and dialogue were spot on..
I thought the whole story had a lovely rhythmic poetric to it.. . was a pleasure to read...
