Brief (around 300 words) personality outline of your character:
Superboy is direct, hardheaded and has a temper. When he is not showing one of those traits he tends to be somewhat listless. He isn't very expressive in any case and he is a loner, though it is likely this is more do to him not having a good grasp of social interaction than any general dislike of people.
At least, that is who he appears to be at first glance. Beneath the surface is a far more thoughtful, caring young man. Though he isn't the smartest person ever, he isn't dumb and he has a large reservoir of knowledge when he needs and thinks to use it (for example, he can understand spanish and likely a number of other languages as well). He can think on his feet quite well when he isn't being reactionary, for example he deactivates Amazo by waiting for him to go intangible via Martian Manhunter's power and then putting his arm through his head so when he becomes tangible again his head was encased around Superboy's hand which caused it to explode.
Unfortunately Superboy has a number of character flaws aside of his temper. His most glaring one is an inferiority complex regarding Superman (and likely any other Kryptonian he might meet who has more advanced powers than him). This inferiority complex tends to show itself in the form of pride, him trying to take on more than he is capable of and failing as a result. While he gets better about this as the series goes on (notably so after his encounter with Amazo) it's obviously not something that he will get over easily.
Another character flaw is simply his utter lack of social graces. While this is arguably not his fault (he has only been out of Cadmus for a few weeks in canon) it is notable. The upside to this is he is generally non reactionary, while there are somethings he highly dislikes, telepathy for example, he seems to have no real -isms. He takes people at face value. Unfortunately he also tends to take what people say at face value, which both leads to the potential for incredibly awkward situations but also makes him somewhat naïve. His issues with trust at least make him far less gullible than he could be, but once he does trust someone he will take most things they say at face value.
It might be relevant to note that I have not read the Young Justice comic book (of which there is only a single issue at the moment anyway) and as such my interpretation of his personality does not take that into account.

I am taking him from the series after Episode 5 “Schooled”, which is referenced a few times in this app, (it contains the fight with Amazo for one). So he has left Cadmus, fought The Twister, met Bane and fought the Sportsmaster and Kobra as well as fought Amazo. He has also been training with Black Canary at least somewhat though I am not taking into account the events in episodes 6-9.

If the character has magic, mutant, or otherwise metahuman abilities, please explain what they are and outline EXACTLY how they function, as their powers may not work due to the nature of the ship or may need to be limited somehow:
Superboy is a clone of superman and thus has Kryptonian powers including Super Strength, Incredible Speed (but not enough yet to cause your typical “blur” effect), Super Hearing, Infrared Vision and Near Invulnerability. He cannot fly though he can jump incredible distances. Presumably he will gain the rest of superman's powers (flight, heat vision, cold breath, etc.) at some point in the future but that has not happened yet in canon. Though he hasn't encountered it yet, Superboy is likely vulnerable to Kryptonite and red sunlight (or anything else which could harm Kryptonians) and is likely as vulnerable to magic as anyone else is (for the purposes of the RP, I am going to assume yes on both fronts). His powers are derived from yellow sunlight and would slowly lose them over time without exposure to it.
Non-superhuman special abilities of note (Is your character a master ventriloquist? A naturally-occurring super-genius? The best martial artist in the world? Say so here):
We don't actually know what the specifics of Superboy's non supernatural skills are. We do know he has a lot of rote knowledge, but no experience to back it up. As such, he could probably give you a lot of textbook definitions of various things and likely has a pretty vast vocabulary despite how laconic he usually is. In essence, while he is a potential fountain of random knowledge, his actual skills and experience are a lot more limited.
