So I'm apparently stuck forever with the ringing. That's not the best thing ever. The ENT recommended this supplement call N acetyl cysteine which sometimes can fix you up real good nudge nudge wink wink know what i mean. I looked it up and apprently it cleans the toxicity out of ones liver which means it may actually be helpful for me since two
