Velvet Goldmine/"Gimme Danger"
I haven't posted anything for umteen ages, but I finally decided it was time to open my yap a bit. Velvet Goldmine is still one of the best movies ever made, and is definitely in my Top 5. It's amazing how quickly time flies. I first saw it in 1999 and it's still just as glorious today as it was in the beginning. I know it's difficult to outdo the great Iggy Pop, but Ewan McGregor does just that in this spellbinding performance of "Gimme Danger" as Curt Wild in VG. It's simply riveting....ENJOY!
