[At first, Richter doesn't really know what a 'computer' is. This lasts for maybe a minute tops as he quickly looks over it, reading the manual. It resembles certain sorts of magitechnology from his own world, and he's pretty damn smart so he figures it out quickly

"Remove your clothes and any items you may have, and place them in the hole in the wall." There is one.

[lone_hater]

...Richter scans the room. "Will my things be returned if I cooperate?"

[scp963]

"Perhaps."

[lone_hater]

"...fine. I'm not in any position to negotiate anyways." He removes his clothing quickly and with little embarrassment, and places them and his weapons in the hole. The coat is made of magically enhanced fibers, and both the sword and the axe exude magical flames when used.

A paper gown is extruded from a dispenser. "Where do you come from?"

[lone_hater]

Richter hastily dresses himself, fidgeting uncomfortably in the paper garment, and flips his hair to give his hands something to do for a moment. He wonders if the thin mana here is due to Ratatosk's plan, or due to him being in another world entirely - either seems somewhat likely. "Sybak, in the nation of Tethe'alla." Honesty won't really hurt him either way at this point.

"What world?"

[lone_hater]

So it is another world. Like Niflheim... no, more like Derris Kharlan. "It was once two worlds in one, Tethe'alla and Sylvarant. Now... some call it Symphonia, as fitting a name as any. What is this world's name?"

"Intriguing. What is your job there?"

[lone_hater]

"Once I was a researcher, then the man behind a revolution. Now... I have yet to find a new path in life. I may return to research."

[scp963]

"What powers do you have?"

[lone_hater]

Powers? "I can use decent variety of magic, and channel mana for use with my weapons, if that's what you're asking for."

[scp963]

"How do you do these things?"

[lone_hater]

A sigh. He's torn between the simple explanation, enough so for people who don't understand mana to grasp, and giving the nitty-gritty details of how a magical being draws in mana from the environments and before he knows it he's off on a tangent of technical terminology that I couldn't hope to make up for him here.

"Uh-huh. Continue." Everything is being copied down, somewhere.

[lone_hater]

He goes on like this for a bit longer before finishing with another sigh, like some kind of beginning-and-ending punctuation mark.
