[A scraping noise is being broadcasted over the feed. That would be Raiden trying to re-sharpen his blade with a rock. As far as accommodation went, he was still technically homeless. Unless you count a torn up, crumbling wreck of what used to be a house as a home. Well, it had a roof and three and a half walls, so he really wasn't complaining all that much. He knew how to look after himself, despite what some people may think. And he'd at least avoided the acid rain... funny how it fell around his birthday of all things. He shouldn't have been surprised. That was just his luck, right?]
Alright, so I haven't woken up yet. So... clearly this isn't some crazy dream. I still have my doubts about if this is VR or not, but I'm going to act like maybe this is reality.
[He pauses in his actions, staring thoughtfully at a wall for a moment. In a way, he was almost glad Rose wasn't here. He wouldn't want her to suffer through this... even if he was lonely as hell right now.]
...So I guess I need a proper place to stay... and a job.

I don't suppose anyone around here could recommend a starting point for a military guy? I have... a lot of experience.
