Tomorrow is Weigh-In Number 1!

So, tomorrow morning, I step on the scale for our first official weigh-in of the Biggest Loser Competition! I am nervous, excited, anxious, an OMG ball of emotions! I have been talking to my sis-in-law and she sounds pretty confident that she did awesome... and of course I am a person who gets easily intimidated, so now I'm all scared haha. Of course, the first weeks of this really mean nothing... it's being able to stick to it for the long haul that matters. Anyone can "survive" 2 weeks of dieting, but how many can actually stick to it?!
Plus, the men in the competition have much more weight to lose, so I know in the beginning, they're going to trump me. Last time my boyfriend's dad went on a diet he lost 24 lbs his first week... he was also over 400lbs. For the competition his starting weight was 391, and my brother-in-law started at 378... so they have quite a bit more weight to lose than I do. Tomorrow when I get the first weigh-in results, I am going to make a chart following the progress of the competition :D

Today the lovely menstrual fairy paid me a visit, so now I'm rocking some serious cramps =( I get some pretty severe cramps and I'm usually up for half the night crying because I can' sleep. I am out of Vicodin, so I popped a Darvocet and 800mgs of Ibuprofen to try to combat these bad boys. I want to be able to get some sort of sleep :/

I did some serious walking today so my stems are sore! I still need to track the route to figure out how far I went. I went for a super long walk with my mom earlier in the day and had plans to go to the gym later on with my bf. He was all hooked on this game he was playing so he wasn't ready to leave til 7pm. I thought the gym was open til 10, but when we got there it was closed. He was so bummed. He had wanted to work out every day and so he went into a big pity party about how he should have gone earlier with me when I wanted to go, how he should have went walking with me, how now he didn't exercise.... he was SO bummed. So I was like "That's it! Let's go home and go walking then!" I couldn't let him beat himself up like that! So we got home, and we went walking for about 40 minutes and he felt so much better :D I know he would have done the same for me, and the extra cardio sure doesn't hurt!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! Wish me luck for my weigh-in!
