2009.02.07 - Center Caps for BBS Wheels
- Painted some "grease caps" with metallic silver paint
- Installed grease caps as center caps on BBS wheels
I didn't want to use the OEM center caps, but I also didn't really like leaving the spindle nut on the rear wheels exposed, so I found some grease caps that fit the center bore of the BBS wheels (actually they were a hair big, but I was able to make a notch in them so that they compressed further and mounted snugly). I cleaned, prepped, and painted them to prevent rust and to make them look like they match the wheels. I'm pretty pleased with the results overall.
